We aim to ship all orders within 2–4 business days of purchase. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

🌍 International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.
Delivery time for international orders may range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.
🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
💸 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
